Arm / Offset Arm holds a single mould of large tank, whereas straight arm has innovative design to give you choice of mounting either two or four moulds at a time. This helps in reducing production cost of small tanks. Fuel efficiency and productivity is achieved mainly because of complete burning of fuel by the world class Italian package burner. State-of-the-art control panel and slip-ring assembly offers ease of operation and hence productivity.

Vinodrai three arm machines are designed for maintenance free long life operation, thanks to heavy duty ear boxes. Over-load safety clutches are provided on turret drive, furnace traveling drive and door drive. Doors are clamped by automatic pneumatic cylinder for reducing heat losses. High capacity re-circulating blower insures uniform heating of moulds. Fully automatic turret indexing mechanism with automatic turret lock is provided for better productivity.
